"Quiet, clean and comfortable. Parking was a challenge, was supposed to have on street parking, but it required a permit. There was garage access but you must drive around the block to get to it and a door opener was not available. No internet, cable or hot water in the ktichen which made dishwashing difficult. Also, the reservation disappeared from the system the day before areival so accessing the checkout information was difficult wasnproblemaric. door opene"

"New & nice however, needs: hand towel hooks in bathrooms, better blinds & block out curtains in bdrms, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, box springs on both beds rather than plywood bases, shower caddies, wine glasses, more than 1 room key, shower stool/bench (very difficult for women to shave their legs), broom & dust pan, cork screw, tv’s in bdrms, remove one if two closets in 2nd bdrm to make access to hall bathroom (make it a jack & Jill bathroom), washer & dryer. ""Stunning views" is absolutely correct. The view from the balcony was most excellent. Condo was very clean, and all of the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed with all the necessary dishes and utensils. Location is very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, wineries and parks."

"Convenient location for accessing colleges in the Rochester area. Very clean. We walked around the neighborhood- it’s a neighborhood in transition and has some fun coffee and eating spots. I think 4 people is ideal for this space- a but cramped for many more. Owner had a welcoming treat when we arrived!"

"Stayed for a couple of days to see the eclipse but had cloudy weather. Good thing we had such a nice place to hang out in to make up for the disappointment! Nice quiet neighborhood, close to the lake and convenient for shopping. Comfy living room with a big screen TV (we watched March Madness), and a great deck for enjoying the outdoors. And Jackie is the nicest of hosts! Great experience all around."

"My husband and I enjoyed this property. We needed a quiet and relaxing vacation, and this property was perfectly located…we took our morning walks along the lake since the property connects to the lakeside park. We stayed in Unit that faced the lake…it was an amazing end unit, close to the private elevators and entrance. The cafe table and chairs on the balcony, and lounge chair, gave us a private relaxing area to enjoy the stunning views of the lake."

"Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set."
