I’ve stayed here a few times over the past 10 years. The property is showing its age and needs some refreshing. Small things like numbers falling off the wall directing you to rooms, mismatched elevator floor lights, broken lights on columns outside, etc. Breakfast is not included. Dining area is small and unremarkable. The hotel is always laughed at because it’s not near the airport, but they do now offer a free shuttle to/from the airport, which is really nice to have.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The only complaint I would have is that the restroom seemed a bit outdated and the water didn’t drain fast enough in the shower. Other than that our stay was great.

This hotel is a 10 minute ride to Rochester airport. Although the bed wasn’t as new as I’d like, the room was clean and extremely quiet! These older hotels are great because they are built better than newer hotels. Newer hotels have paper thin walls and you can hear everything. At this Marriott, the room was very insulated from noise.

The room was clean and the staff was excellent. I did not like that the toilet was so low to the ground and the shower head was not high enough I had to duck under it.
