"I have stayed here four times while visiting a friend who lives nearby. Staff is great and the rooms are very nice with safe water to drink. The breakfast we only ate once but has a lot to offer. I have checked out other nearby hotels wondering if I'm in for a change. But NO! This hotel is so close and walking distance to some of Narita's best tourist sites and remarkable amount of restaurants. That's why I keep coming back. Expedia had a terrific deal for a flight and hotel. All went perfectly."

"I didn't eat the breakfast it wasn't appealing to me and there were literally hundreds of people in line to get food. I cannot rate staff because there is minimal of any human contact. The rooms are spacious,clean and very well equipt."

"Great hotel after a very budget flight with Jetstar 😕If you arrive at night and don’t feel like going into Tokyo after a flight squashed in a tin can then this is the hotel to aim for. Free shuttle from bus stop 33 which a little way down the main drag of buses. Fantastic breakfast offered and lovely staff. Enjoy. "

"The room was adequate space for our small family for a 1-night stay before a flight. For some reason, the air conditioning did not function well enough, causing the room to be uncomfortably warm all night. We slept poorly. The outdoor temperature was barely 10 deg Celcius with rain so it is unclear why the hotel was so warm. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant a la carte and buffet food were good but prices are high. Having a convenience store right in the hotel was great. We made good use of the free shuttles, even taking the one to AEON mall to kill a few hours while we waited for our delayed flight time. We also used the pool and jacuzzi, which were okay but the space could use some updating and it would be nice to have a few toys for kids. "

"First things first, the shuttle was very easy to use (check their website for the pick-up locations), very quick and the driver was a cheerful older gentleman. I got nervous at the counter but it was all done through a kiosk which was super simple and went smoothly. You actually use the same kiosk to checkout. The room was exactly what I was expecting. In my case small. It was just me, and I don’t need a lot of space 😁. Everything was spotless and in place. I loved the bathroom, and the shower controlled by the sink tap was a new thing for me, but it makes complete sense and I loved it. Great rain shower in my suite too. One note I will make is that my bed was shockingly hard, as was the pillow. Hard enough that I legitimately laughed out loud to myself 😂. This wasn’t actually a problem for me as I could sleep comfortably on nearly any firmness, but it’s also a preference thing. So keep it in mind. All in all, a very quick and pleasant stay!"

"Transportation to and from airport was managed very well. Location was great. Rooms were excellent. Dinner was very good. And the breakfast was excellent. Great choices. Highly recommend this hotel."
