"娘と1泊利用させていただいた40代男性です。施設内はとても綺麗でアメニティも充実しており、着替えさえ持って行けば快適に過ごせます。スタッフは1人、女性の方が対応してくれましたが、丁寧で親切な対応でした。お一人で対応されていたので、チェックインやアウトで数組が重なると対応に追われる可能性は感じましたが、宿泊アプリ主体で利用される方が大半のようなので、支払い決済をWEBで完結できれば、チェックインの時だけ受付で済ませると、チェックアウトはルームキー（カードタイプ）を預けるだけで済ませられます。施設環境、スタッフ対応、コスパ、駐車場状況など全て整っており、評価は全て5…とつけたいところでしたが、1点だけ。土地柄なのかも知れませんが、部屋のシャワーを使用していた際、換気口から手のひらサイズのスパイダーマンが登場。娘もびっくりするくらいの大きさでした…。これがなければ本当に良かったです。"

There weren’t too many things in the buffet breakfast that I could eat, like eggs, sausages, milk, toast etc. The only thing that soured a relatively pleasant experience was when we checked out, and did not understand what we were supposed to do with our room cards. The agent out of apparent exasperation took our cards and motioned impatiently that he would take care of the rest. Such a gesture was certainly not appreciated by us."

"The property was exactly as expected for an older hotel close to what we wanted. The main area has been nicely re-done and stylish, the breakfast had many options and quality food, the rooms were a little dated (but they have many different types of rooms and some have been redone) and every hallway in every hotel we travelled to that had carpeting had a distint stale smell. The staff were wonderful and we liked the extra ammenities available if we needed. We especially liked that this property was within walking distance to the baseball stadium, the train station and lots of shopping venues. We'd definately book this hotel again."
