It was genuinely great, the free shuttle was very useful, despite there not being much around the hotel you could always go to the airport, on top of that there’s a konbini in the hotel and rooftop restaurants, the bathtub was also spacious enough for a tall guy like me

Everything was very clean, and it was a nice stay. Wish there was more cafe or restaurant options as the area nearby is kind of sparse, but it was easy enough to take the airport shuttle to the airport, then either eat there or take a train into the nearby town. stayed a few days to enjoy the larger than average for the price rooms, and the clean and useful amenities. would definitely stay again just to be close to the airport when leaving.

My experience was wonderful, staff was great and the hotel offers a free bus that is very convenient. It’s very close to the airport and Narita train station and the surrounding area is very beautiful. Narita downtown was great and has a great selection of shops and restaurants.

An excellent airport hotel. Shuttle bus and close enough for a cheeky taxi ride. Don't get the included breakfast; instead pay the extra and have breakfast upstairs with a view of the airport and surrounding nature. Very relaxing. Use the shuttle bus to T2 and ride the express train into town. Just be sure to back on by 9pm as a taxi back is several hundred dollars.

I loved my stay in Hotel Marroad in Narita. Free shuttle to the hotel from Bus station 16 in terminal 1 and back to the airport next day for my flight to LAX. Free shuttle too to Aeon Mall for some last minute shopping. Room is clean, bigger size than other hotels in Japan I stayed from previous trip. Pleasant and helpful staff too.

Property close to the airport which was perfect to crash on our first day and get settled on jet lag. There was a shuttle from the airport so that was great too. Lobby was clean and a kombini was available with decent options. Room was quite dated though and we saw a little bit of mold in the bathroom. It felt clean at least.
