It was such a nice stay at this hotel. Friendly staff and clean hotel. Breakfast was amazing and amenities are great. They have a family mart attached to them which makes it convenient. Overall my husband and I are very happy with our stay

Attention to details, everything so clean , stafff warm and welcoming
The spa and Onsen clean, quiet and peaceful. The room was spotless with beautiful views of the gardens. The gardens and pagoda so beautiful.
Although upon reservation there was mention concerning construction and noise there was none to be found.
This a top notch hotel

When we got there, they actually upgraded us to a suite. And man…it was AMAZING! Spacious, two nice beds and a long sofa, and a flat screen TV. The bathroom had two ports and a giant tub. We had four adults and one child (who is four) and we all just got fit into the suite. The location is close to subway stations, plenty of local restaurants and beautiful walks. When we come back to Ginza, we will be staying here again.
