"So I was a little wary of this hotel because of some of the views but the hotel itself once I found it was quite adequate. Firstly though it is so hard to find. The sat nav well forget that it takes you in the opposite direction. We found it because two kind ladies helped us. But you have to go across a kind of car park and up some old steps and at 12 midnight it’s a bit scary and not lit up. There were scary men gathered in a corner as we were going towards the steps too so please be careful...

"For us, it was a really good location. Main West Hampstead shopping street at the end of the road and train stations just five minutes’ walk. The room was very pleasant and seemed recently equipped. It did not feel crowded. The bed was comfortable and the shower easy to use. We had a small fridge and a microwave and kitchen area sink so could eat simple meal if we chose. "

"The staff are very helpful and provide excellent customer services. When we check in, we are allocated two rooms at 1st floor. When we tell the staff, ILKNUR, that two of our relatives are senior, she immediately replaced the room for us and help us to take the luggage’s to the room. When we check out, it is a rainy day. ALESSANDRO helps us to take the luggages to our car. "

"The hotel has thin walls and unfortunately always get some guest that just want to be noisy. Saying that though the beds are comfy and clean, room was clean.
