"I truly enjoyed my stay at Best Western in Long Beach. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized. My room was quiet and provided an excellent environment for rest after long conference days. The location is not very convenient for shopping, either to take rde or the delivery option for food/drink. During my checkout, I noticed a few individuals in the breakfast area who did not appear to be hotel guests. Their appearance and behavior were concerning, and it made the environment feel less comfortable. I also observed food being carried unusually through the hotel corridors. I reported this to the receptionist at the time, and I appreciated their attention to the concern. I wanted to share this feedback as well, as maintaining secure access to guest areas and dining spaces is important for safety, comfort, and overall guest experience."
