Book a Hanoi Cottage

Friendliness of staff and modern clean rooms

The service was great the breakfast was good . The reception girl Ho ey was very well and gave nice service

Was such a pleasant welcome and smooth check in when we arrived at the hotel the staff and especially Tiffany were so helpfull and really went the extra effort to make sure our stay is perfect. Every time we leave or come all staff acknowledge you and say hi or bye. The bed is so comfotable and the pillows are so soft. Room and bathroom is so spacious in the room we had. Is only a 5/10 minute walk to the old quarter qith plenty of little shops and restaurants along the way. Would recommend...

Very well maintained

From the moment you enter this wonderful hotel, the staff cannot do enough for you. This hotel has great character and atmosphere. The staff absolutely love their jobs and it shows. You will definately not be missed by the staff, they greet and know everyone by name, always with a smile. The rooms are really spacious, and no noise can be heard from the street, however my only concern was the shower was over the bath, so if this is a bother you might like to mention this on check in. The hotel is...

Friendly staff, clean well appointed room , great breakfast, fantastic location

Every guess receives an amazing welcome from the moment they enter the hotel. Thae staff are so helpful and kind. My room was spacious well furnished and importantly quiet! The hotel location was close to everything I wanted to see and do. I would definitely book this hotel without hesitation. A+

Clean, spacious new hotel in a great location. Easy walk to Old Town. Will be staying again.

We stayed only one night at Proverb Hotel Hanoi and it was a very lovely experience. The location is convenient, right in the middle of the Old Quarter and very walkable from most areas. The staff were lovely and the view from breakfast and the bar were great. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but there were some families enjoying the facilities when we went to go have a look. The staff were helpful and very happy to hold our luggage as our flight was later in the day. Everything was...

We stayed here as a family of five. The staff were absolutely amazing, constantly going out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We were initially quite overwhelmed when we arrived as the reception area was very full and busy - if you experience this, please don’t let it deter you, this hotel is fabulous. We have stayed at many hotels during our 4 weeks in Vietnam and we all agree that Solaria had the best breakfast! Our bed was very hard, but as soon as we spoke to reception a topper was...

Amazing hotel. The staff were quite exceptional, especially Ms Lee who was our personal concierge for our stay! Would highly recommend this hotel for its quality, value for money and attentive service.

Great location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast options. The sky deck is lovely.

This boutique hotel is in a great location. Staff are all so helpful and welcoming. Happy hour (2 for 1 drinks) in the evening at the rooftop bar was definitely a bonus. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of local dishes and western options. Would definitely recommend.

Really recommend this well located hotel - it is a smaller hotel with very friendly helpful staff

Great place and the most comfortable bed and the pillows were the best. Shame was only one night stay. The food was lovely and recommend for anyone flying out or in to stay as close to the airport.

Location is perfect walking distance to all the places, we got upgraded during our stay for a minimal fee which was greatly appreciated. Staff are amazing very attentive and helpful. Nice pool if you wish to relax after a long day. Good spread of buffet breakfast (even for vegetarian). Well done guys keep it up..
