"Clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows. This hotel room is equipped with kitchenette for cooking. The air conditioning unit has various features such as buttons to control air flows (mild or strong), another button to control direction of air flows or set at a focus area. Staff provided excellent services at the front desk and room make up. Breakfast is ok and it needs to be ordered ahead of time, with limited choices. There are many good restaurants around the areas. Location is near Ho Chị Minh center activities and is easily getting to these places via Grab or Xe Xanh, an equivalent of UBER or LIFT transportation services.."

"We stayed here for several nights, and while we initially tried to be understanding, the experience ultimately fell far below expectations. For the price and size of the apartment, we were willing to overlook the fact that the unit did not match the photos advertised online. However, the condition of the apartment made that difficult. It was noticeably dirty, there were ants throughout the space, and the air conditioning unit was leaking from the ceiling, which was both uncomfortable and concerning. Communication with the host was also inconsistent. At times, responses would come a day later, and when we asked a simple question about access to the pool (which was shown in the listing photos), we never received any reply. The main reason for this low rating, however, is the checkout experience. The host sent a staff member to handle our checkout, and despite confirming the time the day prior, he arrived 15 minutes late. When he did arrive, he was unfriendly, did not greet us, and offered no assistance with luggage. Instead, he went straight to the bathrooms, gathered the towels, laid them out on the bed, and attempted to charge us extra to “bleach” them because he claimed they were dirty. When we refused, he made inappropriate and offensive comments about Viet kieu like us, saying we should not return to Vietnam. This was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. Although the host later sent a message apologizing and explained that the staff member was new, it felt like a weak"

"Fantastic experience staying at Landmark 81 autograph! The staffs are at the same time very discreet and extremely friendly, making you feel welcomed every day. As a Titanium member who stayed at many properties around the world this is in the top 10% for sure. Special shoutout to Brian at the club lounge, who was always very helpful."

"I stayed in the apartment with 2 bedrooms. The first time was in L6 and the second time in LP. None of them look like the pictures in the listing. The shower stalk at both places really needs deep cleaning as I see mold at every corner. The floor of the entire apartment also needs to be swept and mopped. Overall I like that these apartments are spacious when you have big luggage’s with you. And it’s close to Landmark 81 where there’s lots of restaurants that you don’t have to go anywhere else for food."

"Very confusing to get the room. Not covenience. Room doesn't have a view like advertise. Many mold and mildew in a bathroom. "

"Problems: • The “Get directions” link took me to a completely different hotel about 4 km away. • The address on the booking was also wrong (about two blocks away). • I went to several wrong locations with my luggage. One place was only a bar that had nothing to do with my hotel. • I had no local phone, so I had to turn on UK international roaming and make long calls to the numbers provided. • After about 30 minutes on the phone I was told my room had been given to someone else and I should go to “Demark 3” and wait while they arrange room. • I waited Demark 3 for 30 min , then was called again and I have been sent to another address, then waited again with no key until someone finally arrived after another 30 min. "
