The building is really near shopmall Landmark 81. Go to district 1, about 10 minutes. I love the beauty of the room. It is cleaned and maintained well The host reply really quick when I need her help

The room is really quiet, not too noisy as in Vinhome The room is modern, clean, and beautiful as in the photo. Moreover, I could use the swimming pool here. It is very nice at night as it is in the high floor

Nice & quiet apartment with lots of restaurants & attactions near by. There's only one cons we don't like it's the stepping sounds from the upper floor every night. The owner is very helpful and supportive. The area is safe & easy parking picking up if you request grab bike or car. Keep up the good work!

This room is the best in Saigon!! Very very very kind host and really nice city view! And every facilities are comfy like my home. The swimming pool on the 25th, also good view and quiet, peaceful, clean water. I'd like to book again when I would come back to Vietnam. I'll never forget my host, Thanh who is the most kind host in Vietnam.

I really like the big pool in Manor 2. It is on the high floor and I can use it (not as other apartment, the shorterm customer cannot use swimming pool and gym). It is a big plus for the one who would like to swim everyday as me. Manor is the building with few people, not noise as in Vinhome. The room is so nice, beautiful. I really like this experience!

The staffs are very Nice, the breakfast service is good. The system of hotels in Asia are almost the same everywhere I go, the power is turn off when a guest checked out, therefore the rooms smell musty and uncomfortable. You have to wait a few minutes for the air conditioner to kick in and cool off the room. Some of the room has no separate door between the toilet and the shower .

Definitely not recommended..

The owner was aware that we would be two staying at the location, only one access card was provided, a request for a second access card made, we never had it.. The location was dusty and dirty. The bed sheets, cover and bath towels were old and used.. the shower soap was used from previous occupants. For the cost I paid, I could have had ten times better place, I’m hardly disappointed and frustrated for not have had the place that I deserved.
