Lee our guide on the bus was excellent and Ming.the tour director on the boat and his staff were awesome. The time in Halong bay was relaxing and a great way.to end a holiday in Vietnam! "Room itself was clean, bed very comfortable and an amazing view, however the bathroom needs to be cleaned better. We found some bugs and mould on the grout. Staff were very good, activities were well organised. No sun loungers on the sun deck, which is a shame, as they definitely have the space for some. The food was excellent, fresh and very tasty, however the fact no drinks were included meant we felt slightly ripped off, especially given the prices. "
