One of the finest hotels and we were extended all the facilities. The view of the limestone islands in the bay from the room was breathtaking. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The staff at the reception and the restaurant were friendly. Highly recommended.

From the bellboy to the reception staff to all of the staff in the restaurant staff and the room this is a beautiful hotel. The staff treat you like luxury and are always so helpful. Food was great. きれいですが、予約したホテルと名前が変わっており新しいオーナーになっていたようです。スタッフもまだ新人さんという感じでサービスというより何とかこなしているようで見ていてこちらが不安なくらい。部屋はきれいで広いので良かったですが、ロビーも部屋もとても寒く、へやのエアコンは見に来てもらい少しは良くなりましたが、お客がいないためかロビーはエアコンを入れていないそうでスタッフはダウンコートを来て仕事していました。ホテルの周りは立派なホテルが立ち並んでいますが、客はあまりいないのかレストランなどは閉店しているか開店休業状態。寂しい街でリゾートという感じは全くなかったのが残念です。季節が冬だったからかもしれませんがデッドタウンのようでした。

Ein sehr schönes 5 Sterne Hotel (Ausstattung und Service) welches leider am falschen Ort liegt. In der Umgebung findet man keinerlei Restaurants um ein Lunch oder Dinner zu sich zu nehmen. Man ist gewissermaßen auf den „In-Room-Dining Service“ angewiesen. …wir bestellten also zweimal Gerichte und wurden enttäuscht. Es war jeweils kalt und nicht ansprechend. Sowas kann sich ein 5- Sterne Hotel leider nicht erlauben. Wir haben dies bei unserer Abreise angesprochen und hoffen nun für weitere Gäste vorgesorgt zu haben.

I would rate this a 6 if I could. This has to be one of the best places I've ever stayed. I had the pleasure of experiencing the breakfast offering at Delasea Ha Long and it was truly a delightful start to my day. The facilities and amenities are wonderful, courteous staff and perfect hospitality. Not to mention the spa service is a true haven for those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle. Im highly recommend this hotel to you guys.

I just returned to Vietnam. During this time, I went to many places to visit and relax. Coming to Ha Long, I cannot help but recommend this hotel for you guys.Everything here is perfect.I recently experienced the spa massage services, and it was truly rejuvenating,The foot massage itself was expertly done, relieving tension and leaving me feeling utterly relaxed.The staff was helpful,extremely clean room,the accommodations were beautiful,The restaurant's food is so delicious.It couldn't have been better.

Great stay and will come back definitely back!
I had a wonderful stay here. Great hotel, good location but the best was the wonderful staff who helped me a lot. For example after my checkin they where still able to get me in a really short period on a boat tour for the same Day. But they also give a lot of information and arranged my transfers. Great stay and will definitely come back next time.

I came Ha Long for 1 night and stay in DeLaSea hotel. I think that was good choice. Receptionist was nice and professional, they gave us some good tips for visiting in Ha Long. They have in-house swimming pool also with nice view. I had the best memories in Ha Long. Make sure will come back.

Amazing hotel with the most helpful Staff
Visiting DeLaSea is always a great experience, since the moment you check-in at the front desk in the Lobby, all the staff is helpful and charming. The rooms are spacious and the view of Ha Long Bay on the Ocean side is just breathtaking, so beautiful. I will be going back definitely always.
