"Great little gem if you have a car & need parking! Rooms were basic but had everything you need breakfast was great & included in the price.
only thing to note - their are stairs to the rooms - not ideal with luggage but would def stay again & recommend to family / friends .. bed was super comfy "
"We really enjoyed our stay here. Apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It is also easy access to public transport. The only minor issues were the traffic noise from Pacific Highway, and low water pressure in the bathroom faucet 9.5/10"

"I love the location of this property: make sure you pick a harbour view room - well worth it. Excellent breakfast offering and friendly staff. While the property has been around for many years, it is clean, well presented and largely renovated. Would be even better with a comfy chair in the vacant corner of the room! Disappointments: railway is noisy; no terrestrial tv in room - you need to access your Australian freeview accounts - stupid...and never seen this before anywhere. But I'll still be back"
"Highly recommend!! We got there early & were given a different room that we could access straightaway which was great. The lady on reception was very friendly & also accommodated my request for a late checkout as I was running City2surf. They even extended it a bit further so that I could have a hot shower after the race. The staff were all lovely & very friendly. Easy to find being located on the Pacific highway & only a 10min walk to Artarmon station then less than 20mins to the cbd.
Would definitely stay here again 🙂"

All the staff from front of house to service and cleaning and restaurant have been exceptional.
The food at the Jacaranda restaurant at dinner is top quality and breakfast is amazing with a good mixture of hot food, cereal and fruit with something for all dietary requirements. A great way to start the day.
All the staff seem to know how to make a great Soy Latte and another coffee.
The bed and pillows are really comfortable.
There is plenty of hot water for your shower.
Our room is very neat and clean.
The air-conditioning does a great job of heating the room during these recent cold and wet days.
We have found our room to be extremely quiet with no road noise whatsoever and the sound proofing in the Jacaranda Restaurant is unbelievable. You won't hear any outside noise.
So don't worry about this hotel being on a main road.
We have enjoyed our stay and are extending it a little longer with no hesitation."
