The front entrance looks spectacular with pots and hanging baskets in abundance. Gardener deserves the highest commendation for the trimmed topiary and flowers. However, all staff make your stay extra special as nothing is too much trouble. Definitely the best place to stay in Cwmbran. "

"This is probably the best hotel we have stayed at for many years. From the moment we arrived at reception the staff were always on hand if you needed anything. Every member was courteous, friendly and professional, always checking if we needed anything to make our stay more pleasant. Our room was a Superior double and had a beautiful view and was cleaned everyday. There was a wide choice of foods on the menu, which was excellent and they have an amazing chef. We were there to attend a residential weekend where we sang at a concert on the Sunday afternoon, and even here the staff were on hand to ensure everything was provided in time. We managed to visit the hotel’s spa which is a must for anyone who chooses to stay at this hotel. Thank you to all staff."
