"My family and I spent a week at this hotel. It's very convenient if you plan on using the train to get around. The train station is right next to the hotel and underground. The room was big and the bathroom has a rain 🌧 shower head. Overall, I recommen this hotel 🏨 simple because it not to crowded and it's great customer service. "

"There was a strong grimy smell from the first room I went to. I smelled it right at the door. I could not step further into the room. I requested a change, the staff checked the room and gave me another room. I settled down in the new room for 10 mins and I smelled the human grimy smell again. This time I requested air freshener and they provided an air filter. The pillow covers smelled and I think the pillows too. I used the hotel towel to cover the pillow I was sleeping in. I had booked the hotel for 8 nights. 😑"

"Shiba Park hotel is situated in an excellent central location that made it easy to access transportation as well as restaurants. Convenience stores are just a short walk away. We particularly enjoyed the Zojoji temple tour that was organized by the hotel, and splurged on their high tea experience (try the jasmine tea). The hotel also features a robust library with many interesting books to enjoy! For book people like us, this was amazing! The room was spacious and well designed, though we were a little surprised to find some of our newly changed sheets were not fully clean, and we found someone else's inhaler on the floor (must have belonged to a previous guest...we left it there because we did not want to touch someone else's medical device). The staff are friendly and kind, and the breakfast options are varied and delicious."
