"DO NOT STAY HERE! The property was very hard to find, it was hidden behind a restaurant and it wasn’t easy to find. THEY DIDNT HAVE TOILET PAPER, we had to buy our own. The towels were old, stained and there were holes on them. The room was very old and old installations, there was hair on the walls, the toilet seat was smaller than the toilet. " Escolhi o Doral Guarujá como presente para meus pais, e não poderia ter feito escolha melhor. Desde a chegada, fomos recebidos com extrema simpatia e atenção — a equipe foi impecável em cada detalhe. Solicitei um quarto com vista para o mar para meus pais aproveitarem ao máximo, e o hotel surpreendeu com uma linda decoração e um bilhetinho carinhoso, que emocionou a todos. O café da manhã é delicioso, com várias opções, e o chef das tapiocas foi um querido — super atencioso e gentil.
