Biggest market I've ever been to. Prices are very reasonable. Very easy to get lost. Save your souvenir shopping for here as prices are cheaper.

Go early or later in afternoon, hot in the middle of the day

It's huge. Go as early as possible to avoid the massive crowds.

It is a very big market. You will find that the stalls sell similar items at similar prices and most of the stalls we went to weren’t willing to negotiate prices and if they did it was only a few dollars difference. It seems that due to high volumes of tourists vists, the prices of Products are a bit higher in comparison to other markets. I would recommend visiting other markets with minimal tourists to ensure you receive the best price for your products.

Just because it’s a market, don’t expect to get a bargain. They did not negotiate prices and later found the same (if not better) items are cheaper at the MBK mall.

Take a backpack ready for all your purchases and have lots of energy ready for a massive day of walking up and down...
