Não foi feita nenhuma limpeza no quarto. Mas o pior foi que faltou água dois dias. No segundo dia, desistimos e fomos embora. Pedimos reembolso de uma diária (o total que contratamos foi 4 diárias), mas recebi uma negativa. Como ficar numa pousada de praia com oscilação na disponibilidade de água? Se você é minimamente exigente, não vá para esta pousada.

Indico muito essa pousada!!! Confortável, a piscina é aquecida, quartos limpos, atendimento excelente, o pessoal que trabalha la é super solícito e atenciosos, eu amei, foi um final de semana maravilhoso, voltarei mais vezes. Ah, e fica bem pertinho da praia, 2 min no máximo, pra por os pés na areia !

Excelente receptividade

A equipe de colaboradores do Hotel são muito gentis e prestativos. A dona do hotel também é muito educada e atenciosa. O Hotel fica próximo a praia a Enseada. A única coisa que acredito que deveria ter um muro cercando a pousada, principalmente no local onde fica os quartos na parte de baixo, pois as janelas dão acesso direito a rua, o que nos dia de hoje se torna um risco e também ficaria melhor, pois tamparia um pouco a visão da piscina, pois quem passa na rua vê quem está na piscina e não se tem muita privacidade.Café da manhã simples, mas com um pouco de tudo.

Excelente localização

Muito boa, as pessoas são muito simpáticas, a localização é maravilhosa, o ar condicionado é fantástico. Somente faltou suco de verdade no café manhã, acho que poderiam colocar suco de frutas e não suco industrializado, pois não era gostoso. Mas tudo foi fantástico, recomendo para todos!!!!! Irei voltar com certeza!!!
