"Exactly what i expected. Very clean, spacious. Excellent staff and fantastic location within 5 mns between 3 metro lines. 2 coffee shops lavazza and starbucks within 1 mn of the hotel. Every night i come to My apatement, it is clean and smells fantastic. I am very happy to have chosen Ascott icc of guangzhou. I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a reliable clean and well located place to stay. "

The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and located in a prime area surrounded by fantastic restaurants and a great mall, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive every single day. A special shout-out to Clark, who went above and beyond to help my friend who had accidentally arrived at the wrong airport. His kindness and professionalism truly made a stressful situation so much easier — we are incredibly grateful! The food was absolutely delicious, and the live music added such a fun and vibrant atmosphere to our evenings. Every meal felt special, and every detail was thoughtfully handled. Overall, the W Hotel exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience. I can’t wait to return next year! "

"I booked two rooms—one suite for myself and my partner, and another regular room for my mom. The suite was spacious with a comfortable sitting area, and check-in was smooth with friendly staff. The room featured automatic curtains that opened and closed at the touch of a button, which was a nice touch. The hotel also offers a 24-hour self-service laundry with five washers and five dryers, which was very convenient. The location is great, close to Line 10 and Line 5 metro stations, with plenty of food options nearby. However, there was one concerning incident. Due to visa restrictions, my mom had to leave early, and my partner’s mom stayed in her room the following night. Around 1 a.m., new guests entered the room, apparently thinking it had been vacated. Afterwards, hotel staff accused my partner’s mom of staying in the room without permission, even though we had not checked out. The situation was uncomfortable and could have been handled more professionally. Overall, the hotel has many good qualities, but this incident left a negative impression on what was otherwise a pleasant stay."
