The pinnacle of luxury and high end hospitality. You absolutely get what you pay for here with their location, convenience and access to the historical landmarks and attractions such as the canton tower. The staff were great, concierge, front desk, housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool had an amazing Canton tower and river view. If you are a smoker and love to drink I would recommend the Tian Bar. However if you are a non smoker I would suggest you to stay away. You can definitely smell the smoke as soon as you walk out of the elevator. Not the most pleasant environment in a five star hotel. There’s tons of food options in the underground of the ifc building. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast buffet unless it’s free, you can find better options elsewhere.

The hotel is very luxurious. The staffs from the concierge, bell service to cleaner are all very nice and friendly. We booked a Deluxe Twin Room with City View. The room was on level 83 and the view could be very good if the weather is good. During my stay, the weather was bad so what I could see outside was cloud. I love the bathroom because it is enormously big with heated floor. I got an email from the hotel on the day before i arrived to check on my ETA so they could try to have the room ready when I arrived. They also extended my check out because i accidentally injured my back in the bathroom on the first night. I was very grateful for this because I could have rest more before I flew to Frankfurt later that day.

Paid for a renovated room and was given an older room. They did not offer upgrade only downgrade, very disappointed with that. Room was big and spacious but had an odorous smell to it like mold. Toilet was not working properly. For the Four Seasons we expected way better.
