"Loved everything about this resort. I only wish it had been a bit warmer so we could have enjoyed the fire pit overlooking the ocean. Our room was cozy and warmed by a stove fireplace and had a beautiful view of the ocean. We were greeted with delicious cookies and a free glass of wine. More delicious bakery treats were available in the morning with coffee. I highly recommend a stay at this resort."

"What a beautiful home for our family getaway! The first thing you see when entering the home is The View! Wow! The view of the ocean and the coastline is amazing. We enjoyed watching at least a dozen pelicans swooping along, as well as deer in the morning. The house is clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the furnishing and decor are just right. We soaked in the hot tub as we watched the sunset and the stars coming out at night. The beach was cool and breezy while we were there, but renting kayaks from Riverbend Kayaks we discovered that the Gualala River had perfect calm weather and smooth water for kayaking - highly recommend. Also, the Pt. Arena Lighthouse is a good place to check out. Communication with the host was great. Terry sent a message after we arrived to make sure that we were happy and had everything we needed. "

"The place was great with views of the ocean from every room of this oceanfront property.There is an Ant problem in the kitchen area that should be addressed. The second bedroom bathroom needs to be upgraded as it’s showing its age especially the tub."
