"This house is more gorgeous than its pictures show -- huge and amazing views of the ocean and sun from morning til night. Exceeded expectations on that front! On the other hand, there were were problems with doors that didn't open to the outer decks and cobwebs that were sort of baffling. Not 100% up to par on some minor maintenance stuff that added some small dissonance to the overall splendor of the place."

"Great location, central to all we wanted to do. The kitchen was small and the 2 large burners on the stove didn't work making cooking a bit of a challenge. Also, the hot tub is so small only 1-2 people can use it at one time. Still, it was a comfortable home, peaceful setting, and the agency and property manager were very responsive to issues that arose."

"The property is set on a picturesque spot in SeaRanch. Beautiful ocean views. The home itself has lots of nice and unexpected touches (amazing water pressure, oyster knife, dog blankets). It also had a few cost reducing pieces that ranked it down a notch for me (one ply toilet paper and paper towels, super thin cloth towels).
