"My window in the loft didn’t close and the blinds were broken but I turned the heat on. No maid service during a4 night stay which was fine as I pick up after myself just fine and always reuse my towels but thought that was strange. Maybe that’s how it is now and I’m the dumb one haha but the place was nice. Just a minute walk to the convention center in the tunnel, very convenient"

"Hotel was very nice and a great value. Walking distance to main sports Arena and also the Short North neighborhood which is full of restaurants and bars. Hotel is pet friendly and the staff gave our little pup so much love. Parking garage is very convenient with elevator service direct to your floor. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Columbus."
