SoBeNY LIES to you!!…

LIARS!! The management company who runs these apartments, SoBeNY lied to me 4 times in 5 days. Lie #1: I rented the apartment at OSU campus for my weekend seminar, Wilson Place (15 E. Lane Ave), when my self check-in email arrived it was for an apartment downtown, not at OSU. When asked why I can't stay in the place I reserved and paid for, I was told there was a problem with the building. I went to the building, talked to the leasing agent and she told me everything was finished in the building not problems. Lie #2: After I was forced to move to a different apt I asked if we could get in early (noon) on our check in day, the person at SoBeNY I spoke to about this said no problem, when I got to the apt there was no key in the lock box. Lie #3: When the key was not in the lock box for a noon check in, I was told I needed to come back at 3pm and the key will be there, No key available at 3pm. Lie #4: talking to other people who also rented the OSU apt, but were forced to move to new place, they were told their OSU apt was flooded, another big lie, since I went to the OSU building and asked.
