"Stayed here last night for OSU graduation. Very nice, clean, affordable room. Lots of fun places to walk to (Book Loft, Staub’s Coffee). Quiet room. We brought our bikes to ride the Scioto trail to precommencement on Saturday and graduation on Sunday, super close.Owner is super nice, let us keep car in parking lot after check out so we could bike all day."

"Stuck 5 days due to weather. Staff was friendly, allowed our puppy and cat. Almost last day sheets slipped and when fixing noticed a gross stain on mattress cover that had not been washed. Floor was fairly dirty at check in as well. However they allowed a very late (3pm) checkout so we weren’t sitting out in the cold waiting to check in for our 6:30pm flight without an extra charge. Very thankful even if it was a little dirty."

The owners are refurbishing a motel evidently closed for many years; big parts of it are not open and are under construction. Has long term tenants who work construction in the area, it seems. "We stayed for 3 nights for a kid tournament. Easy walk to the Convention Center which was a must for us.
