"For location, staff, and cleanliness this hotel can't be beat. Easily walkable to shows and good dining and I usually walk to Moynihan Train center for Amtrak back home. I wish there were a restaurant on the lobby floor that might justify the social fee and it would be good to improve the elevators from street level to lobby. But the staff at reception and who clean are great for attitude and excellent service, and the location is ideal so I keep coming back!"

"I give their Pillows & Bed FIVE STARS!!! I have stayed at this location about four times. The hotel is starting to show its age, but everything is well taken care of. All of the staff I made contact with were very nice and attentive. The room for New York standards was very spacious and super well appointed .. if you care about sleeping well, the Sheraton has the best beds!!! Location super close to Central Park and all the theaters. Great Hotel!!! Will stay for sure again!!"

"4/5 Stars — Great location and value, despite a few minor flaws Pros: Fantastic Location: Right in the heart of Chelsea! There are two great neighborhood delis right around the corner, plus tons of excellent restaurants and transit stations nearby, making it incredibly easy to get around. Good Value: For the price and the prime location, it is a solid deal for a New York City stay. Cons: Room Amenities: The in-room mini-fridge didn't get super cold, and the ice makers in the hotel weren't very good. Tech Issues: The Smart TV was incredibly slow, and the built-in apps functioned poorly. Noise Levels: The room's AC unit could get quite loud, and a lot of hallway noise carries into the room. Tip: I highly recommend packing a white noise machine. Overall: The staff helpfulness and overall cleanliness were perfectly average (solid 3/5). While the room tech and appliances could definitely use an upgrade, you really can’t beat the price and the convenience of the neighborhood. I would stay here again for the location alone!"

"We loved the location and fun boutique vibe (especially the art) of the Dream Hotel Downtown. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast situation was a little unclear as it's through a public coffee shop. That said the coffee and breakfast food was delicious. The biggest bummer was the pool. My daughter could only have access it to it from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. Not ideal considering how much we were paying to stay there. Also there were private parties almost every night that we were there - limiting our access. Overall - if you are looking for an edgy NYC stay in a great neighborhood - this is a great fit!"
