"Beautiful, spacious room. Really kind and helpful staff. Nothing too much bother. Brought ice to the room for our drinks and a spare duvet. They also stored our luggage after checkout while we shopped. Thank you!"

"The hotel was beautiful, the staff were very friendly and engaging. The room was very well fitted out for a perfect stay - the fridge was a bonus and the double bed very comfortable! The bathroom was really lovely. The air conditioning was very useful as the temperature outside during our stay was very hot. Although it worked we couldn’t regulate to the temp we set but that aside I would really recommend staying at Dorsett Canary Wharf. Less than 10 minutes walk to the tube station and a walk through the lovely area of Canary Wharf we will definitely be returning."

"I checked in online to make it easier and more streamlined but when I got there I had to do it again. What was the point? The hotel is great, looks the part but there is no aircon, the bed was too soft (if your sharing a bed, if your partner moves, you move), pillows were very thin. I think some minor things need to be done to make it a 5/5 but it was clean, staff friendly. Used to pool, clean with some beautiful views."
