"This hotel needs some upgrades for the charge to stay there. Very disappointed but adequate and convenient to airport."

"So it started with Zara at the front desk rude on the phone and not helping me find the location where the shuttle bus is (I called twice and she almost hang up on me before finishing the conversation). The driver of the shuttle was really nice and kind. Then in the room, the toilet seat was dirty with yellow stains, I had to clean it. I took pictures. The shower head was leaking. The bed was clean and comfortable."
