The location is perfect—close to grocery stores, liquor stores, and the port where boat tours depart.His property manager was very responsive, and the locals on the island were all friendly and helpful.Exuma is definitely a place I’ll be visiting every year, and Paul’s three properties are top-notch. He also texted clear, detailed instructions on what to bring (and what not to), which made everything easier.A experience!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our family—beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The large dock was ideal for relaxing by the water, and the outdoor showers were a big hit with the kids (they didn’t want to shower inside after trying them!). Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, making our trip seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway."

"We spent an unforgettable week at Zen Exuma with 17 people—6 of them kids—and somehow, we all left more relaxed than when we arrived (miracle!). The house layout is spot-on for large groups, giving everyone space to gather and space to retreat when the kids discovered the volume button on life.What really made the trip extra special was the incredible support from Karin and the property manager, Cecil. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless and stress-free.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Already dreaming of our return to this slice of paradise!"

"The check-in process is wonderful. Everyone is, especially the waitress at the 23 North (Hilton) restaurant. She's fabulous and professional. She made us feel good. The barbecue guys are also nice and very kind to us. And most importantly, the room was very clean 💯% and the girl was very nice. I love that place. "Spectacular Views and amazing,comfortable home. We all loved everything about our stay. The house was well equipped,super clean and so comfortable. Heather was so helpful and we enjoyed many of her recommendations. We would definitely stay again. Our grandkids loved it so much that one of them started crying when he figured out it was time to go home!"

"This house was amazing from decor, all things needed for pool, beach, cooking everything!Loved the two washer machines and driers! Great location! If you want to visit all the beaches this house is in the middle each way! Close to grocery and liquor stores also!!"

"The property is amazing. They have kayaks, plenty of snorkeling gear, and even some water shoes to borrow. The water on your own beach is very calm. The views from the deck are amazing! Inside of the home was very clean when we arrived. Ice maker in freezer is a plus, plenty of dishware and cookware was provided. All rooms have their own AC unit which worked really well. Never an issue with them. We will be back for sure!"
