"Host was wonderful and very helpful. Anytime we had a question they replied back right away! They had lots of great reccomendations. The property was fantastic with gorgeous views! They had everything you needed in the unit, and the bed and pillows were sooooo comfy! I'm very picky about my pillows! The restaurant on site was yummy, we ate there multiple times, as well as the augusta bay restaurant next door. Will definitely return!"

"The spot was perfect for my family’s first international vacation together! Jack and Kay were very proactive in their communication and hospitality. The waterfront and accessories to enjoy it made us spend most of the week on the property and the surrounding sandbars. The screened-in porch allowed for most of our cooking thanks to the grill, pizza oven, and large burner while also letting us enjoy being outside for the majority of our stay.The spot was quiet even with construction happening on one side and a dog rescue on the other. We loved the local wildlife passing through the property (frogs, snails, sand crabs, and the occasional puppy).This place made for a memorable vacation!"

"What a fantastic week we had at CH Villa. Stayed last year at a smaller location just two houses away, so knew the area well. Needed a bigger place this year as we had a larger group. CH Villa could not have been better for us.Obviously, the location and beach are amazing. The house is comfortable and clean, and everything worked perfectly for us. Sport court in the front for after dinner activity was a big hit.Facing the beach, between the pool and the assorted sitting areas, there are so many different areas to gather---our group of 12 always felt like you had your own private resort.Rodman is a pleasure to deal with--super responsive and very accommodating.Would we go back? we are!"

"Another fabulous vacation in paradise!! We've stayed at Seabiscuit for multiple getaways and we could not be happier with everything about our experience!! The grounds are spectacular and full of peace and tranquility. The stunning blue, calm ocean is in our backyard. The amenities inside and outside are in abundance. Our host, Fina, is always so incredibly accommodating and a wealth of knowledge for anything about Exuma. We cannot wait for our next trip in May!!
