"Our stay at Jack’s house was absolutely perfect! Jack is the best host we have ever had in a rental property. The house was stocked with everything we needed and then some, and his communication was top notch. We arrived right as a tropical storm was beginning and Jack stayed in constant contact making sure we were good. The house has a generator, so we kept power during the 36 hours when the storm was passing, which made staying in from the storm easy. Jack had so many suggestions for restaurants and activities—so helpful for us as first time visitors to Exuma. The house was clean and comfy, the air conditioner works great, and the screened in porch let us be outside in the early morning and evenings without having to worry about the bugs biting. Last but not least, the beach and the dock, easily our favorite part of the property!! The water is so shallow and calm at low tide, perfect for young kids and exploring. At high tide our kids (8 & 11) loved jumping from the dock and snorkeling under it! We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to come back! "

"We had a fantastic stay this past week at this property! The location of the Villa was perfect- steps away from a gorgeous beach and having a nice pool was amazing. We also appreciate the privacy it (Villa) provided.My family and I have stayed at other properties on Exuma, this by far has to be the best one! This modern Villa is laid out perfectly, plenty of room for two large (we brought our best friends along this time) families. The entire property is immaculately maintained!The location of the property is close to the airport and very central on the island. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a home cooked meal together. Thank you Angelique, Gabby and Dmitri for the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful property!! We will be back!!"

"This was our 7th or 8th trip to Exuma (from Fort Lauderdale) and once again we had a wonderful experience. February Point is a great neighborhood, so close to Georgetown shopping and basics. The rental is huge and has so many amenities. My husband loved the gym and I loved the family of sea turtles under our dock. Having the boat as part of the rental was THE BEST PART however. Exuma is all about having access to the water we have found. This truly made this our best vacation there yet!"

"What word comes to mind when staying at Aqua Vista…UNFORGETABLE! Aqua Vista has a little something for everyone…beach combing and critter hunting, sunbathing and relaxing on the dock and floating island, snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking for the adventurer and shallow waters calm enough that you can just stand and chill or float for as long as you’d like. The view is spectacular! We enjoyed many coffee filled sunrises on the dock and happy hour cocktails later in the day. Kitchen was well stocked for our meals in. There was never a time that we didn’t have what we needed, including the stock of spices and herbs that we helped to contribute to. We enjoyed our evenings in playing UNO and streaming movies as the WiFi connection was great! My husband was also able to keep up with work emails a bit during our down time in the early morning. We loved visiting Roy’s Lounge and the restaurants in town on our evenings out. Eric and Gina were fantastic to work with and we were grateful for the videos and detailed files we received prior to our visit. They were only a text away with any questions we had and got back to us very quickly. We used many of their recommendations for our excursions and when renting a car for the six of us. I think the other feature of the house we enjoyed was the outdoor bathroom. Not only were the outdoor showers the best, but I loved all the special decorating touches. It was so hard to leave and we can’t wait to go back! "

He arranged for our rental car to be delivered to his beautiful location we stayed at and made sure we had transportation from airport ready and there to pick us up once we arrived. "Our week’s stay at Jack’s Island House was amazing. There were 11 of us ranging from 9 to 73 (5 adults & 6 kids).Jack has thought of absolutely everything including things we didn’t expect. The kids throughly enjoyed the rope swing, the water trampoline & jumping off the dock.The kayaks & paddle boards were a hit with everyone. The dock was super relaxing especially early in the morning & the evening. We enjoyed watching for Barry the Barracuda& the turtle every morning even saw a ray one evening, so exciting. None of which bothered us swimming. Games, cards, binoculars, everything your heart desires it supplied. Jack was EXTREMELY responsive from booking til departure. Kay, the contact on the island, is a sweeties, very helpful & also extremely response.Everyone said this was the best family vacation we have had so far. We recommend this house . We will definitely be back. "
