"I can't recommend this property enough! We had the best trip. 7 people total - 4 adults and 3 kids (all under 9) and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked. The kayaks and paddleboards got used every day and were a nice addition. The outdoor shower was a treat! I had to work a few days while we were there and the wi-fi worked well. Eric and Gina were extremly responsive and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. All the videos sent before the trip were really beneficial. If you are on the fence, book the trip! "

"Paul was amazing, and his property is incredibly well maintained. I’m already planning to book again next year! The location is perfect—close to grocery stores, liquor stores, and the port where boat tours depart.His property manager was very responsive, and the locals on the island were all friendly and helpful.Exuma is definitely a place I’ll be visiting every year, and Paul’s three properties are top-notch. He also texted clear, detailed instructions on what to bring (and what not to), which made everything easier.A experience!"

"The check-in process is wonderful. Everyone is, especially the waitress at the 23 North (Hilton) restaurant. She's fabulous and professional. She made us feel good. The barbecue guys are also nice and very kind to us. And most importantly, the room was very clean 💯% and the girl was very nice. I love that place.
