House is just like the pics, we cooked in outdoor kitchen almost every night. We had no issues and it suited our family just fine. Cay and Jack are very responsive and provided us with every answer and detail we inquired about. "

"Honestly can’t say enough great things about this property. Rented both houses for 16 people over the 4th of July. The property managers were great and answered any questions we had quickly, getting us anything we needed (water etc.). The houses were clean and the decor was beautiful. The location is secluded and exactly what we were looking for. We brought floaties, mask/snorkles, games (spike ball and bags) but didn't need them. There was so much stuff left by previous renters that were didn't need our own. We left the house twice, once for a boat tour with Exuma Water Sports and once had Theo pick us up at the house and take us to a sand bar and Chat n Chill. I highly recommend both trips. We used the kayaks (don’t miss the Lazy River) and spent lots of time in the pool and floating in the ocean. This property was paradise and we can’t wait to come back. "
