"The property is fantastic and perfect for two families traveling together. Well appointed and has everything you will need. Centrally located on Exuma near the airport (but absolutely no plane noise) with easy access too the whole island. There beach was great. Can’t say enough positive things about our stay."

"We just returned from an amazing stay at Villa Oceania, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The home is beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and has a layout that worked perfectly for our family.The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the house was equally prepared for beach days with all the essentials you could think of. It truly felt like a home away from home.The view is absolutely stunning, and having both the pool and the beach just steps from the house was a dream. We spent our days moving back and forth between the two, which was especially great with young kids.One of the biggest perks was the location. Being less than five minutes from the airport made traveling so much easier. After a long travel day, getting to the house almost immediately was a huge win for our tired children.Lynda, the house manager, was fantastic. She helped us with groceries, transportation, reservations, and anything else we needed. She made the entire experience seamless.Kenny and Brittany were wonderful hosts - kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process.This was hands down our favorite family vacation, and we are already talking about coming back. If you're considering Villa Oceania, book it. You won't find a better combination of location, views, amenities, and hospitality!"

"The view is amazing, and we loved the size of the property. We had issues with the air conditioning and the property manager was on top of it and had someone come look at it for us. The beach had good sand, and you don't need water shoes at the beach (you will need them to get to the beach because of the rocks leaving the deck). The waves did get rough for a few days because of the wind but it wasn't horrible. All in all we were impressed and are already looking into booking again next year."

"Legacy Beach Suites is new construction with several 2nd floor, 1b/1b units guest-ready. The first floor multi bedroom units are currently being completed. Owners live onsite and are very responsive, helpful, friendly, and just plain nice! The 1b/1b unit onsists of a front main room with living space and kitchen, followed by a bathroom, then the bedroom with spacious closet in the back. The kitchen is equipped with cooking and eating essentials (pots, pans, cups, plates utensils, etc.) as well as a toaster, coffee maker, full size refrigerator, stove with oven and microwave. A Mini-split AC unit keeps the place cool and the bedroom can even get too cold at night if you close the bedroom door... The ocean can be seen from the 2nd level balcony and the water is a short walk over the dunes. We found an assortment of small shells in waves at the beach and caught several palometa and bonefish there as well. I even caught one sunrise over the water the day before we left. Wonderful location: it's under 10 minutes from the airport and (about) centrally located on the island. Great place to stay on Exuma!!!"

Perfect Beachfront Rental with Beautiful Views!

"This was the perfect get away. Most of our time was spent outside under the shade trees watching the beautiful scenery around us. Easy private access to the beach. We lived our time here and look forward to returning. The host was in contact especially when the weather got stormy. They are very friendly and if we needed something, they got it done quickly."

"Just got back from a great week at Beau Soleil! Such an amazing property. The location is fantastic and the amenities from the pool, beach, and the layout of the house is especially great for a large group. They have really thought of just about everything you need to have an stress-free vacation. The communication with the owners was great and I can't say enough great things about Sam who manages the house. She was so helpful with any questions or needs we had both before our arrival and while we were there. She was especially helpful with getting our boat charter finalized due to communication issues with the charter captain. Everyone one in our party had such a great time this past week! Can't wait to return!"

Indigo House - The Coolest House On Exuma

"We had a wonderful stay at Indigo House! The house was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The beds were especially comfortable. The hostess was responsive, friendly, and very helpful whenever we had questions.The pool was a great addition and provided a nice place to unwind. One thing to note is that the beach area at the house is not quite as it appears in the photos. At low tide, there is a small beach area, but it’s limited. That said, it did not take away from our experience at all. There are multiple beautiful beaches nearby, and we enjoyed visiting several of them during our stay.Overall, this is a lovely property with a great host, and we would happily stay here again."
