"The house was beautiful and very clean. The pool and view were awesome! We had a small issue with an AC unit, which the manager was very responsive about and fixed the issue right away. The only small complaint we had about the house is that there were no closets in the bedrooms and no dressers in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Is this normal there? I still give the house 5 stars. We had a wonderful vacation at Coconut Breeze!"

"This is an AMAZING property! Pulling in the driveway you are greeted with a stunning view of the crystal clear turquoise waters and lush landscaping. The house is very comfortable and stocked with every amenity you could ever ask for! "

"Very nice clean and well maintained property. Nice pool and great location in the heart of Georgetown. Easy to get around Exuma if you rent a vehicle. The adjacent property "Beach Club" on Stocking Island was a great getaway location. The food was excellent and a very nice menu selection. Remember you are on Island Time, slow down and don't expect quick service but you will get great friendly service. The overall staff was great."

"Vista Blue is absolutely amazing! The owners personally reached out to us being sure everything was just right for our family vacation. This home has it all! From the little things like games for kids to pool accessories to kayaks, beach chairs and snorkel gear. Convenience to airport and everything else was huge too. Max rating for this stunning property!"

"Communication was so easy with Jack and Kay. We had recommendations sent before we arrived. The house was exactly what we needed for our two small families to stay comfortably. We had so much fun we barely left the property the first 3 days of our trip! The Kayaks and paddle boards were an extra bonus, we paddled to the blue hole and saw a few turtles along the way, walked the salt flats at low tide. Enjoyed nightly sunsets- shipwreck is a true gem! A car rental is 100% necessary in my opinion, and the direction video that Jack provides is excellent. We cant wait to return!"

"Owner Valerie is super friendly and helpful, welcoming pup Bridget and her newly adopted pup Trever made our stay even more fun. We have access to kayaking to Mariah key which was the absolutely stunning experience we ever had - we were there almost every day!. The cottage is clean and is equipped with daily needs. Regular size refrigerator and good water pressure for shower. The area is so quiet and serene. Prepare for no seeum bites in evening and morning! We had a fantastic time at Exuma vacation cottage for a week!!"
