The room we were in had 2 TVs one worked fine the other said “weak signal” not a single channel. Above said TV there was a lamp that, die to some missing screws, was leaning agaist the TV set. "Incredibly helpful, kind and friendly staff. Showed a genuine desire to make guests as comfortable as possible - for example, we left the hotel for one night to go to Porto and left our luggage with them during that time. We came back the following day in the evening to check back into our new room, and they left the luggage waiting in our room. They also let us go to breakfast a little early on our flight day, as by the time it officially started, we’d have already left for the airport. Acts...
