The full kitchen was a huge plus perfect for a longer stay and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was modern, quiet, and well-maintained.Breakfast each morning was fresh and had plenty of great options, and I loved the relaxing atmosphere in the lounge area. The location was also super convenient, close to restaurants, shopping, and just a short drive to downtown Grand Rapids. Whether you’re in town for business, a weekend getaway, or a family trip, I highly recommend staying here. "The hotel was clean and airy. It’s in a walkable location. I had a bit of an issue at the roof top restaurant as they seemed to have lost the order (or didn’t have the food item), so waited for over 45mins, but once the staff realized they were apologetic and offered a discount. Overall, I recommend this hotel."
