I stayed at this hotel for a day and was very impressed with the overall look and cleanliness the place is beautiful and well maintained. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and attractions nearby, which made exploring the area very convenient. However, the service at the front desk could use some improvement. I found the staff lacking in customer service skills, which took away from an otherwise great experience. With better front desk service, this would be a top-tier stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very family friendly. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed the indoor outdoor part as well. All hotel staff we encountered were very friendly, even wished my daughter good luck on her cheer competition. We will definitely be staying again next spring for competition as well. Lots of food and shopping options around as well. Very clean hotel and check in/out was very easy.

This hotel was excellent. It's new, clean, staff was wonderful. It's right across the street from a bar and grill, and they have their own restaurant inside as well. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. This will be my new go-to whenever I need to stay in GR. Thank you!
