Accommodations were stylish, comfortable, and well appointed. The onsite dining and cocktail options were quite good. Service at all levels was excellent.
Hotel quite beautiful! Well appointed. Very friendly staff throughout. Room very comfortable and nicely decorated. I’ll be happy when they start room service for my next visit.
The Ada Hotel is a gem just outside of Grand Rapids. Everything in the hotel is beautifully curated…I had fun looking at all of the historic photos and prints of the original Ada Hotel in the 1800s. We had a delicious meal and cocktails in the lobby bar. The hotel is located in a mixed use development so shopping, services, and multiple restaurants only steps away. Make sure you have breakfast at MudPenny - beyond delicious. I look forward to booking my next stay at the Ada Hotel soon!

Wonderful experience. Front desk staff, concierge and the staff at Rix were all amazing. Very hospitable, polite and accommodating. It really made our celebration special! We loved the peloton room.
We stayed at their basic king size room that’s perfect for 1-2 person. It has Nespresso coffee machine, 2 adult size robes with slippers that are very comfy. Overall, the room is very nice and clean. The staff are also helpful and friendly.
The room has no microwave and iron if you want to iron clothes.
The hotel is nearby a grocery store, lots of different restaurants to choose from, gas stations, library, retail stores, a park, and many more. It is also in a quiet and family oriented neighborhood.
We loved this hotel and will book again next year on our yearly trip! I would highly recommend! The staff was lovely and everything was on point! Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the local area more!

Excellent! Outstanding area has been built around the hotel. We enjoyed their Wine bar and restaurant.
Overall the hotel looks great, but the walls are paper thin! We heard every door close all night long and someone was playing music and it sounded like they were right outside our window. This hotel is supposed to be "luxury" and the appearance shows that...but if you want a good night of sleep, go elsewhere.
