"These appear to be privately owned vacation rentals that are managed by a unified rental group. We have stayed in two on our trip within the same park. They were vastly different in cleanliness, condition, and amenities. Cleanliness on the whole wasn't great, but our second place really made the first look like a palace. Having the office closed at 5:00 most days was a bit challenging at times as we were often touring during the day and had questions in the evening.
