A nice hotel which has clearly had money spent on it. I stayed 3 nights and it was very noticeable that staff training here is very lacking. There seems to be zero staff or brand culture and a high lack of true professionalism you would find at a Sofitel, Marriott or Hyatt. The games room was fun for our 7 year old and the 747 plane was a real treat. Last thing to say is that if you do not upgrade to all inclusive food then you are kind of abandoned as there is no cafe or eatery to just sit and relax unless you wish to choose the 5 dishes available on the ala carte menu in the sky bar area. I would come back here again, but only as a one night before a flight. The most stand out part was the reception staff telling us things we could do locally as we were checking out. Perhaps this was best explained when we checked in!? Again an example of the lack of real training or brand culture.
