"Lovely comfy beds, nice furniture in lounge. We didn't use the cooking facilities at all, but plenty of equipment there. Couple of things could be improved - we noticed the coffee cups were very stained - just need a good scrub inside. Also the shower doors in the room we were in need attention - there is a big gap when doors should be closed. The drier has also left a lot of fluff over the ceiling which isn't a good look. Parking was good, though a bit tight for a larger car between two poles. "

"This property was better than I expected. My room was lovely. light, clean and comfortable. I was exhausted after my drive when I arrived and the check help was kind and gentle with my confusion about my car number plate! I was able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy a drink. The town is becoming more built up and I could see the water and the Elms. The view may not remain like this but is a convenient and clean place to stay with good amenities. I would stay there again. "

"Stayed at Summit Motor Lodge in Tauranga and was really impressed! The place was clean, comfortable, and the service was friendly and welcoming. The location is super convenient — close to shops and easy access to the motorways. But the best part for us was that it’s pet friendly, which made our stay so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Tauranga!"

"The check in experience wasn’t very smooth as the property uses passcodes rather than tap cards. The passcode dials on the doors are very tiny. Not a major but not convenient. Also, to enable GOKI app for door unlocking, there was no booking code to be found in any email comms. Had to ask the reception"
