Manager very obliging and friendly. Made us feel welcome. 10 out of 10. The owner of the actual apartment would do well to provide a coffee plunger and a hair dryer as most tourists would not carry these in baggage.

We stayed in June and it was perfect for our family of 4. Only a ten minute walk to Cavill Ave along the beach. The apartment was quiet, amazing views, large enough for the whole family. Communication was excellent and the whole week was hassle free. Would definitely stay here again.

We are thoroughly enjoying our stay here - the views are breathtakingly amazing including the beach and ocean as well as Surfers Paradise to Southport .The beach is straight across the road so you can go and have a dip in the cool ocean or you can take a dip in the sparkling pool on premises . Surfers Paradise -with all the great shops eateries top rated restaurants and exclusive night clubs are just a short stroll away.If your looking to take the family out there is plenty on offer here and all within close proximity .All the staff are friendly and only too happy to help and the lifts make life a lot easier There is undercover secure parking and the apartment is more than comfortable spacious and very clean and modern .All appliances within the apartment are of high quality and working order Overall -highly recommend this place

Stunning views of the beach and ocean, and views of the hinterland, never stayed in a place with views this nice. No negatives, short elevator wait times, easy access in and out of carpark, short walk to beach, not in the tourist cafe and shopping strip which made it a more leisurely stay.

Ben was great to deal with, he arranged a high chair and travel cot. When we arrived our Woolworths shop was already in our apartment. The apartment was perfect and had a great view. The pool was a bit chilly but the beach was only 1-2 mins away.

This property is in a great position to walk into Surfers and also to Main Beach. The pool and surrounds are well maintained and communication is great. We have stayed here before and definitely will again. Thank you.

Outstanding views in a great location.
A lovely apartment with a spectacular view. Very convenient location. An older apartment block but the apartment itself was large, modern and renovated to a high standard. All the comforts you could want or need - we didn't want to leave. Great and easy communication with the apartment manager. We'll be back!

A home away from home!
Our stay was only a week long. We absolutely loved the presentation and team managing are fantastic. Ben is a friendly individual and really great to interact with. The building is a bit dated from outside but amazingly beautiful and nicely renovated inside. Close to beach and shops and market makes it that much more attractive. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be returning!

Awesome Place for Family
We loves the place. The beach is just across the road next to the Narrowneck Court. The river just behind the apartment. Surfers Paradise just 1.2km away. Local market on Wednesday, Friday & Sunday from 4pm - 9pm. We stayed there for 6D5N. Thanks to Veronica.

Just far enough out of surfers central
Very convenient hotel to Surfers precinct with all the amenities needed while beeing just far enough not to be surrounded by towers. Close to tram, beach generous 2 beds and bath. Got a nice bbq and pool area and a spot on the canal side. Recommend to anyone.

Fantastic family break
We stayed for 7 days and found our apartment perfect for our family of 5. Nothing was a hassle and being so close to all the action of Surfers hardly used our rental car at all. Apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Late arrival and the instructions we were given were clear an made our arrival so much easier with 3 tired children. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable & Beautiful View
It is wonderful experience living in Narrowneck Court. Apartment has beautiful sea and river view, and there is few minutes walk to the beach. Although it is not central of Surfers Paradise, it is still walking distance along the beautiful beach. And there are tram and bus stations nearby the apartment, you can go central town or theme parks easily. And there is car park and no problem for self-drive. Most important, the owner (I thinks so) - Ben is very nice and helpful, and make you feel living in your home.

Not our first time here at Narrowneck but usually our first choice. Quiet, clean and well equipped spacious apartments with lovely views all round.

Good location, nice pool, terrible room.
On arrival we were told our room was not ready because it had not been cleaned and we got put in another room. This room had dirty floors and walls, dirty pillows, disgusting stained duna. Foxtel didn't work. We wondered if the room we were meant to be in was nicer. No aircon - was stuffy.

A good return to Narrowneck Court
It was the third or fourth time to stay at Narrowneck Court. The fact that I have returned so many times shows what I think of the hotel. This time, I stayed with a friend, visiting from overseas. We decided to take an apartment, to have more room ( I feel crammed up in single hotel rooms!). The facility and staff, particularly the Manager (Ben) are superb and I will recommend this hotel to anyone. My friend liked it, particularly being able to look out the window and see the ocean stretching away towards another continent.

Great Location with Superb Views
Narrowneck Court has a prime location with magic sea views. It is an older building with large renovated rooms. Short walks to beach, shopping and transport hubs. Great value for money!

Booked here for 15 days and extended our stay to 21 days. Room was all remodelled, spacious and clean. No air condition but do not really need it with ocean breeze. Small lobby but this is minor. Ben was very welcoming and took care of our needs.Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Great Location - Home away from Home
We recently stayed at Narrowneck court for 14 days and it was fabulous. We were in Unit 41 with fantastic views up and down the coast as well as over the river. The unit was well stocked to live comfortably as you would at home. We were there due to a hospital stay for my father and looking for a home away from home - and that is what we found. The manager Ben was friendly and incredibly helpful during our stay. There isn't any air conditioning in the unit which wasn't an issue as the sea breeze always kept us cool - though on some of the stormy 100% humidity days we had during our stay it could have been useful but so not a reason to mark this place negatively as the sea breeze was generally more than sufficient. It is a great location to be, away from the craziness of Surfers Paradise and across from the beautiful main beach. It is an easy 10 minute walk to Cavill Avenue or you can get the tram if you want. I will 100% recommend this place and stay again in the future

Definitely wanted to write a review after our stay because the place was lovely and so was the Host, Ben! Five of us stayed at a two bedroom apartment here for 6 nights, and it suited all our needs! The apartment was clean and spacious, was roughly a 15 minute walk to Cavill avenue, and was close to public transport. The place is well-maintained, it's true that an aircon is not really needed since you have the sea breeze coming in through the balcony doors and windows, and the apartment had fantastic views of both the beach and the river. There was also free foxtel (however, free wi-fi is reserved for the 3 bedroom apartments not the 2). Tea, coffee, and sugar being provided was also appreciated - sometimes it's the little things that count! The manager, Ben, was lovely and very accommodating especially when it came to our check-out time since we had a late flight (thanks for everything Ben!). Overall, would definitely recommend staying here. Stayed February 2016, traveled with friends

Memorable stay
Narrowneck court will forever be one of our happiest memories we have made yet ! Waking up to the ocean, spectacular view from the balcony and spacious area was exactly what we needed. My partners family stayed there with us and we had such an amazing time. Safe to say we will be back ! Ben and his wife offered world class customer service and were so friendly. Highly recommend this place for families and those looking for a refreshing getaway.

Close to everything you want from the Gold Coast
With secure parking and a 15 minute walk to the action of Caville Ave and the excitement that the Gold Coast has to offer I can not fault our stay at Narrowneck Court. Management are extremely friendly & helpful with local knowledge of what's on and where. Easy access to theme parks and other attractions. Rooms are clean, tidy & well maintained allowing a home away from home feel. Views from the rooms are to die for. All you need to bring are your groceries and bathers, the rest is in the room. Really looking forward to staying with the team at Narrowneck Court again really soon.
