Great beach and city views. The room was spacious to accomodate a big family of 7. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The downside is the cleanliness and the aircon machine being inside the room which created a constant loud noise.

The staff were very responsive and very supportive, professional and well presented. The external facilities were very adequate, clean and easily accessable. The room itself was of average standard. The list is as follows. Kitchen cooktop in very poor condition, microwave not functional, front balcony door extremely hard to operate but was repaired 3 days into our stay, ceiling fans not functional in lounge room and removed from bedroom, pedestal fan although function was rusty, clothes airer rusty and broken, washing machine leaking water, washing machine/dryer combo not practical for a seaside accommodation, no adequate mop to soak up leaking washing machine water had to use bath towels, 2 dining room chairs were unstable, missing various leg adjusters, various owners possession left laying around, mould around the shower alcove area. Overall not very well presented and representative of the BreakFree chain.

Very good stay!

Our 3rd stay at Breakfree Longbeach and we have enjoyed each one. An older property but great amenities and great position. Could do with a little TLC in parts but this didn't impact our enjoyment.

After hours check in was really easy, incl car park access. Staff were really friendly to boot. Great place to stay location wise - 10min walk max to Cavill Ave and 30sec to beach. Appt was well laid out and spacious, and had everything we needed to cook etc. Our appt was on 25th Floor so great views as well Only issue was the tower block across the road was still being built, and the workers started at 6am hence the 4 stars overall. But even with that we’d look to stay there again in the future

Loved our stay at Long Beach. Loved it so much stayed there twice! The views are to die for, day or night, can't decide which is best!! We went for the Elvis show at Hota which was only a short distance away- less than $20 in a taxi. Cavill Ave is just a short walk too. Kevin, the resident manager is a top notch bloke with always a ready smile and there to help when he can. Highly recommend.

Great location, easy walk into city center with young kids, 10 minute walk. Beach across the road, had amazing views all around, 4 different balconies that see the ocean, city and mountains, spoilt for choice. The apartment was nice, but needs a little tlc in the cleaning department, get this right and would be perfect. Facilities where fantastic indoor and outdoor pools kids had a ball. Kevin was fantastic waited for us to arrive late at night to greet us and show us our room. Looking forward to staying again.

My apartment was clean and recently renovated. Had everything I needed in it. Great view. Manager friendly and helpful. Close to beach and short walk to tram and Cavill Avenue. Currently a nearby building under construction, no big deal as no work done there at night or on a weekend. During the week, work noise starts early so good excuse to wake and walk at beach!

Bathroom was dirty , 1 roll toilet paper , empty hand wash and shampoo , hair in the drain and mouldy grout in shower . Someone had stolen the hair dryer also .
