"Great view, great room, convenient location, loved our patio and the pool"

"I didn’t like the hotel in general. The 2nd floor hallway carpet looks old. You can hear all the steps from the people on the top room. Also when they were flashing the toilette you can hear loudly. Really a bad experience."

"When i booked i was told pool would be open. It was not. Breakfast is not good - hotel is ok overall but for same money you can stay at a better 0lace in town. (BW, Courtyard etc)"

"We went to check in at 3 pm (their standard time) and they said our room wasn’t ready yet. We went to dinner. Came back at 5:20 pm and our room still wasn’t ready. We asked for the manager (Mikayla) and she said the cleaning team was slowly working and there was nothing that she could do. That is completely unacceptable and if they can’t manage simple tasks such as this they should probably close until they can."
