Parking was free, breakfast was consistent, room service cleaned every other day and the location was ideal. However, the business center had very little space to do work and was in the front lobby without a door making it a loud area. To access a quieter area one needs to pay $150 to access and unreserved conference room. If they removed the 30+ flyers located on the desk of the business center and added a door to the space, I would have given it a 5.
