"The property is well located facing Lake Powell, the check-in went smooth and the lady at the front desk was very nice and smiling. The room was spacious and we had a good view on the Lake with a balcony on second floor. The room was OK, the toilet and bathroom sink were not properly cleaned, the bathroom sink and cabinet can easily be updated to make it more attractive, the headboards of the beds were greasy, the patio door was full of spider web. "This Rental was so well stocked. Paper products, spices, laundry supplies! Although we cooked all our meals and cleaned all our dishes after each meal, the abundance of dishes and cutlery was impressive! We enjoyed stargazing each night on the front and back porches! We greatly appreciated the starter bottle water in the fridge. The only suggestions we would have would be to provide a few more kitchen towels and a sharper paring knife! A couple of things that might need some attention….the ice...

"So happy with this property. The location of the neighborhood was so cool...just barely out of town with a fantastic view (better than we realized from the photos of the house). House was very comfortable with everything we needed...our boat day on the lake got cancelled due to high winds and we were thrilled to get to chill for the day in the house. Easy drive to horseshoe and other sights. Highly recommend."

"Note: no elevator. Room was spacious and clean. View was awesome. Check in was chaotic. I asked if there was a restaurant on site. Was told no. Next morning discovered they had a limited breakfast. This was never mentioned. Hotel could use some updating in common areas. "
