"The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and were very much willing to accommodate our situation even when there was a hiccup in our reservation. The property we stayed in lacked essential items in the kitchen such as dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, measuring cups, mixing bowls, broken can opener, etc.. The carpet had tears along the seams and looked very worn. Plus side was everything worked well, no issues with appliances or A/C. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in and loved the pillows. Would still book this again but make sure we were more prepared for the short falls of the kitchen appliances."
