"Good location with good customer service. Hotel is older. The first room assigned to us had an odd sulfur smell. The front desk staff reassigned a room without hesitation and indicated some of the rooms have an odd odor because of the old pipes. We picked this hotel because the photos online showed balconies off the rooms with views of lake Powell. It does not appear that there are any rooms with balconies, and our view was an ugly parking lot. Ask for an odd numbered room at check in if you want a view. The breakfast was fine, but the staff working the breakfast room were very friendly and good at their jobs. "

"My stay had some positives, but there are a few important things to be aware of before booking. There is a daily resort fee of $16.50 in addition to a $30 park entrance fee, which adds up quickly. Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the lack of a restful night’s sleep—room doors throughout the property slam loudly and don’t close softly, so you’re frequently woken up by noise at all hours. If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet stay, this may not be the best fit"

"The breakfast selection was basic yet made fresh to accommodate guests. Parking was easily accessible. However, the toilet was not clean nor flushed from whoever used it last. The room is dark with non-sufficient lighting."
