"The room they gave me was bad. The bathroom door wouldn’t even close it would get stuck when you push it. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. They gave me a new room that still smelled like smoke. "

"Overall our stay at the Flamingo was great. The room was a little outdated, but it was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of construction going on in the lobby/casino, but it didn't interfere with anything. We used the spa and it was a great experience. The family pool was also a good time. "

"The place is beautiful, but you can tell it is an old hotel. The carpets were dingy , the bathroom above the shower head had rust on the ceiling . For as much money as I paid and continue to pay. Those were things that annoyed me ."

"I booked through Hotels.com. They neglected to say check-in was going to be in the other tower, which was a very far walk from the main tower. Also, I thought I would be able to do the kiosk check-in and apparently that didn’t work because I was not in the right tower. So I waited in a long long line only to find out I was in the wrong place. However, the room and the service was very nice. It just was extremely frustrating. "
